This whisky tells our story as whisky producers and is a perfect reflection of a Tasmanian single malt. Small batch production, small cask aging, each bottle a hand-made expression of our care and attention to detail.
Aged in a mixture of French Oak barrels previously seasoned with Sherry and Bourbon, our Whisky is bottled at a smooth 45% alcohol for a perfect expression of Tasmanian Single Malt.
Fermented, distilled, aged and bottled in Tasmania.
Presented in a 700ml bottle at 45% alcohol by volume.
