Aged in a French Oak barrels previously seasoned with Australian red wine, our Aged Rum is bottled at a smooth 40% alcohol for a perfect expression of Tasmanian Cool Climate Rum.
Fermented, distilled, aged and bottled in Tasmania.
Taking a further step in sustainable packaging, our Rum is presented in a stainless steel flask that has been painted matte black and laser etched with our logo. Lighter than glass yet much stronger, the flask goes beyond "recyclable" to "reusable" - send it back to us and we'll refill it for you! For the connoisseur, the flask ensures that the colour imparted from the aging process cannot be impacted by UV light.
